"Unsaleable liquor merchandise" means merchandise that is unsaleable because it is unlabeled, leaky, damaged, difficult to open, partly filled, or is in a container having faded labels or defective caps or corks. — "Непригодный к продаже спиртной товар" означает товар, который не имеет соответствующей маркировки, протекает, имеет повреждения, с трудом открывается, находится в неполностью заполненной бутылке либо контейнере с выцветшими ярлыками или поврежденными пробками/крышками.
